Mounted onto high quality foam board and finished with a luxury matt laminate. Foamex boards are 100% weatherproof and are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior displays. Keeping your boards dry and out of direct sunlight will preserve the colour and leave your Foamex display looking newer for longer. Suitable to lean up against something, to affix to a wall, suspend from a frame or for use on an easel [easel not included]. Delivered free via DPD or Evri.

The Table Number/Name Cards
10x personalised table number cards in A5 148mm x 210mm printed on 300gsm quality board. Holders not included.[12+ included with order with 90 guests or over].
These are A5 in size and professionally printed onto 300gsm quality off white board with a matte finish.
IMPORTANT: These are just the cards, they DO NOT come with stands and to position them, simply place them in card holders [as pictured], stand them up against a wine glass or champagne flute or lay it on a napkin as a place setting.

The Menus
50x menu cards. Available in either 5x7" size or 99x210mm and printed on 300gsm quality board. Ribbon not included. Menus are printed PORTRAIT unless informed otherwise. For 60 guests, 60 menus will be provided etc.

The Place Cards
50x personalised place cards [Choose between 90mm x 45mm Tent Fold or 35mm x 105mm slimline name tags] 300gsm quality board. Ribbon not included.
TENT FOLD: Fully personalised printed place cards with the individual guest name. These measure 90mm x 45mm when folded and 90mm x 90mm when flat and are produced in co-ordinating 300gsm quality off white/ivory board with a matte finish. These arrive ready to use - you just need to fold them down the centre crease and place them on your tables. We use cut and paste from your order so please ensure spellings are correct including capital letters.

The Wedding Guest Book
Our bespoke journal books have a smooth, matte finish on the exterior, and feature 64 pages (128 sides) of 90 gsm paper on the inside. Inside the hardback book is blank paper on the inner pages. A small amount of text is also possible on the reverse of some of the designs. Each book measures approximately A4 210 x 297 mm with a 0.5” spine. All you need to do is complete all the sections when you order and keep an eye on your inbox as we will send you a proof before we go to print.
This also includes a 'Please sign our wedding guest book' sign in A4 provided flat ready for you to frame or style accordingly.

HOW DO I ORDER?
Place your order for the size of your wedding. Pricing starts from 50 guests in increments of 10 up to 120. If you have more or less guests please contact me to discuss options.
Provide personalisation clearly [in text or word form NOT in table or spreadsheet or photo form please]. Any information you can't fit in the space provided, please supply via email to heartedesigns [!at] gmail.com stating your order number. All items will be proofed so please check your emails soon to confirm we are good to print your items.

COLOUR REPLICATION
Please note that colours in print may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This can be due to your screen settings but also the item on which the design is being printed. On some surfaces colours appear 'warmer' than on others. Please note that due to machine temperatures and print running order, colours across orders may also appear slightly different from each other. It is therefore our recommendation that if you wish to have multiple products in the same collection, best to order at the same time as colour replication cannot always be identically guaranteed. DELIVERY TIMES
Please ensure that you check all of the personalisation very carefully including spellings and capital letters and remember to look out for a proof in your inbox. Typically the entire process [from proof to print to despatch] will take around 3-5 business days though times can vary.
