Nearly all products are 100% customisable so amendments are usually pretty straight forward! However, if you have special design requests please contact me; I would be delighted to discuss your requirements with you! I offer a completely bespoke service if required too.

Keep our boards, signs, invites, greeting cards, time capsules cards and other stationery flat and in a dry place if ordering ahead of your special occasion. A4 prints look best in plain white or plain black frames which are pretty cheap on the high street or online. Foamex boards are 100% weatherproof and are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior displays. Keeping your boards dry and out of direct sunlight will preserve the colour and leave your solid Foamex display looking newer for longer.

Please note that colours in print may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This can be due to your screen settings but also the item on which the design is being printed. On some surfaces colours appear 'warmer' than on others. Please note that due to machine temperatures and print running order, colours across orders may also appear slightly different from each other. It is therefore our recommendation that if you wish to have multiple products in the same collection, best to order at the same time as colour replication cannot always be identically guaranteed. Most shipping to UK addresses is free [not to Northern Ireland/BT postcodes]. We ship using RM48 or Evri & DPD couriers. We ship as soon as we can after production. Please note, delivery times can't be guaranteed, especially at peak postal times. If you have specific timeframes to adhere to, drop me a message first and I will see what I can do! Wedding table plans and boards sometimes ship with DPD or Evri couriers depending on the product ordered. Emailed orders can also be sent anywhere in the world for free. Cards/prints will arrive in protective packaging. Deliveries may come hardback 'Do Not Bend' postal envelopes or tubes, corrugated packs or via DPD or Evri. DO NOT open deliveries with anything sharp to prevent item damage.

Ordering from a small business is a special thing; unlike the bigger retailers, you get that little bit of extra care and attention. So many hours of 'behind the scenes' work goes into each design so you really are getting something special. The service and products you receive have a much more personal feel because independent sellers are so passionate about what they do! Ordering from a small business owner like me brings so much joy. Where possible my prints, cards & stationery items are professionally printed on sustainable paper/card and water-based inks are used in production for your piece of mind.
Many of my items can be sent digitally making this option totally green!

Please note that due to ongoing Royal Mail strikes, reduced freight and air space, weather conditions and the fact that all my suppliers are very busy at this time of year, your order may be delayed. If you have left it late or need something in a hurry, please contact me and I will try and help as some products carry quicker despatch times.

Yes I do and do lots of them in fact! Please contact me to discuss requirements, whether this be for personal designs for special anniversaries, company logo or rebranding, or anything at all. Get in touch and I would be happy to quote you for something particular.

All personalised items will be proofed ahead of production so ensure you check emails and messages regularly. Once you have confirmed your proof, it is how your order will be printed so check items carefully. Take a little extra time to check extensive personalisation such as table plans as it is very rare but on occasions errors can occur. It is the customer's responsibility to check all proofs. When ordering digital items, be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings. If ordering different printed items in the same design there may be slight colour variation due to items being printed on different materials.
