[Please note that invitations, order of service booklets, share a memory cards and thank you cards will be adjusted accordingly e.g. for 50 attendees, 50 will be provided, 60 items for 60 guests etc].

The Memorial Photo Sign

Welcome guests as they arrive with one of our stunning welcome boards featuring a photo of your loved one and your personalisation

3MM FOAMEX BOARD SIGN - A 3mm thick foam board sign. These rigid signs are perfect for placing on an easel [frame not included].

A2 size [420mmx594mm] and mounted onto high quality foam board and finished with a luxury matt laminate. Foamex boards are 100% weatherproof and are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior displays. Keeping your boards dry and out of direct sunlight will preserve the colour and leave your Foamex display looking newer for longer. Suitable to lean up against something, to affix to a wall, suspend from a frame or for use on an easel [easel not included]. Delivered free via DPD or Evri.

The Invitations

25x Printed Invitations 5x7" with envelopes printed on 300gsm matte finish card.

Each invitation includes an envelope of your choice.

The Order of Service Program

25 x A5 Booklets. The booklets measure 6x8 inches [approx 148mm x 210mm] and come with 4 personalised printed pages. Example pages are included on the images in the product listing however, if you wish something to be more tailored and bespoke just let me know. The 300gsm quality white matte board used on this item gives a high quality stylish finish. You will provide all the personalisation and I will style it on your product for you as I feel will look most aesthetically pleasing. Please ensure that any supplied images are as high resolution as possible. I will then provide you with a proof. Please ensure you check the information carefully on your proof. Sometimes, at a time of loss, we do not always think straight, so it is often helpful to get another person to proof your item for you so that you don't miss obvious errors.  Once the proof has been agreed, your order will join the print queue. All items are professionally printed to ensure an exquisite finish. You will hear from me again once your order is on it's way to you.

The Share a Memory Cards 

25 x  5x7" size 300gsm flat rectangular cards + 1x A4 Instructions 'What to Do' card.

These stylish floral 'Tracey' funeral Time Capsule share a memory cards are a great alternative to a funeral guest book and with the prompts make it easier to steer guests towards what sort of thing they can write about your lost loved one. Mark this very sorrowful but very special event with these stunning funeral guest memory cards. Use these personalised condolence memory cards at the funeral, wake or celebration of life service and save as a treasured snapshot of this day in memory of your lost loved one.

These cards are a beautiful idea and can also be given as a special gift to the bereaved family. Simply ask your funeral guests to fill out these memory cards and keep them safe for later reflection.  These cards can be fully personalised with a name and the funeral date if you wish. The back of the cards remain blank.

Included is an A4 Instructions card. This will instruct guests what to do with the cards and this can be displayed near the cards. Please note that this does not come with a stand or frame.

The Thank You Cards

25 x A6 Thank You cards

14.8cm x 10.5 cm - Matte 300gsm cardstock

Printed on matte quality card these A6 greetings card are a cost effective way of sending personalised thank you cards. You can also personalise the text inside the card or leave it blank if you wish.

Each card includes an envelope of your choice.

HOW DO I ORDER?

Place your order for the size of your event and the number of attendees you are expecting. Pricing starts from 25 guests in increments up to 120. If you have more guests please contact me to discuss options.

Provide personalisation clearly [in text or word form NOT in table or spreadsheet or photo form please]. Any information you can't fit in the space provided, please supply via email to heartedesigns [!at] gmail.com stating your order number. All items will be proofed so please check your emails soon to confirm we are good to print your items.

COLOUR REPLICATION

Please note that colours in print may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This can be due to your screen settings but also the item on which the design is being printed. On some surfaces colours appear 'warmer' than on others. Please note that due to machine temperatures and print running order, colours across orders may also appear slightly different from each other. It is therefore our recommendation that if you wish to have multiple products in the same collection, best to order at the same time as colour replication cannot always be identically guaranteed. DELIVERY TIMES

Please ensure that you check all of the personalisation very carefully including spellings and capital letters and remember to look out for a proof in your inbox. Typically the entire process [from proof to print to despatch] will take around 5-7 business days though times can vary.
