Please note, these signs are a single board 'postcard' style print and come UNFRAMED, ready for you to frame or slot into a menu holder.

Digital Table Plans and Signs - No physical product, email only
This high resolution version is ready for you to print or arrange to have printed yourself as many times as you like! Once the proof has been confirmed, you will not be able to make changes to this product. ** It is recommended that wedding table plans are printed off in A3, A2 or A1. All your items will arrive in HIGH resolution form [either by .pdf print file or .png file] to ensure clear crisp artwork. You will need to ensure that your printer is set to the size you require before printing them off or liaise with your print professional about the sizing you require ** This design will be best on thicker paper/light card which is at least 200gsm+ to ensure sturdiness of product. Please always do a test run first and ensure your printer will tolerate your paper choices. Simply use frames, holders or easels for display. Please be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings.
Your printed table plans and welcome signs will be printed or emailed directly from your order so email hello@heartedesigns.com to ensure no errors are made in name spellings etc. State all names in order and their table numbers e.g. Table 1 - Kate Adams, Sarah Brown etc. State top table order from left to right. I will cut and paste from the information you give me so please ensure you enter your names, guest table positions and other details carefully. All the artwork and designing will be done by me so once you have received the item you will NOT be able to amend it. Don't worry though, I will send you a proof first to make sure you're happy!

COLOUR REPLICATION
Please note that colours in print may vary slightly from what you see on screen. This can be due to your screen settings but also the item on which the design is being printed. On some surfaces colours appear 'warmer' than on others. Please note that due to machine temperatures and print running order, colours across orders may also appear slightly different from each other. It is therefore our recommendation that if you wish to have multiple products in the same collection, best to order at the same time as colour replication cannot always be identically guaranteed. HOW TO ORDER
All you need to do is send me all of your personalisation and we will style your stationery for you. Please include any further information I may need via email us with your order number to hello@heartedesigns.com. Please ensure you double check all spellings, phone numbers, addresses and key information at the time of order. You will receive a proof before we go to print to ensure you are happy with your product. Once the proof has been agreed, your items will join the print queue and feel comforted knowing that they will be printed professionally and to the highest standard.
Despatch once your proof has been agreed, is generally 3-5 business days however, this can vary at peak times so please allow plenty of time for despatch and delivery. If you have left it very late, please contact me first to discuss last minute options.
