Featuring a combination of modern capital fonts and cursive script, as well as up to 9 photos, all you need to do is send your photos after you order and let us work our magic.   This design will take up to 10 tables including top table which will not have a photo.

PAPER POSTERS A3 Matte - These are printed on 200gsm smooth matte paper poster with a natural white finish that look fantastic when framed [frame not included].

FOAMEX SOLID Welcome Boards and Table Plans in A1 & A2 sizes. EASEL NOT INCLUDED.

Mounted onto high quality foam board and finished with a luxury matt laminate. Foamex boards are 100% weatherproof and are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior displays. Keeping your boards dry and out of direct sunlight will preserve the colour and leave your Foamex display looking newer for longer. This product is a solid Foamex backed free-standing table plan or welcome board with a white frame colour and a luxury matte finish. Suitable to lean up against something, to affix to a wall, suspend from a frame or for use on an easel [easel not included]. Delivered free via DPD or Evri.

This high resolution version is ready for you to print or arrange to have printed yourself as many times as you like! Once the proof has been confirmed, you will not be able to make changes to this product. ** It is recommended that wedding table plans are printed off in A3, A2 or A1. All your items will arrive in HIGH resolution form [either by .pdf print file or .png file] to ensure clear crisp artwork. You will need to ensure that your printer is set to the size you require before printing them off or liaise with your print professional about the sizing you require ** This design will be best on thicker paper/light card which is at least 200gsm+ to ensure sturdiness of product. Please always do a test run first and ensure your printer will tolerate your paper choices. Simply use frames, holders or easels for display. Please be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings.

Your printed table plans and welcome signs will be printed or emailed directly from your order, note to seller or separate email to ensure no errors are made in name spellings etc. State all names in order and their table numbers e.g. Table 1 - Kate Adams, Sarah Brown etc. State top table order from left to right. We will cut and paste from the information you give me so please ensure you enter your names, guest table positions and other details carefully. All the artwork and designing will be done by us so once you have received the item you will NOT be able to amend it. Don't worry though, we will send you a proof first to make sure you're happy!

Printed on 300gsm quality matte finish board in WHITE. These are professionally printed, utilise sustainably sourced card and are printed using water-based inks.

IMPORTANT
These are just the cards, they DO NOT come with stands and to position them, simply place them in card holders [as pictured], stand them up against a wine glass or champagne flute or lay it on a napkin as a place setting.

Despatch once your proof has been agreed, is generally 3-5 business days however, this can vary at peak times so please allow plenty of time for despatch and delivery. If you have left it very late, please contact us first to discuss last minute options.
