The printing process uses water based inks and printing is on sustainable paper and card from sustainable forests.

Digital prints
You can also order this product as a 'download only'. Give us all of your personalisation and we will do all the designing and preparing for you; you will then receive an email with your e-version that you can print off [as many times as you like] or have printed by a 3rd party. This option is just a digital version; you will not receive an actual product. Please note however, that once the proof has been agreed and confirmed, you will not be able to amend the file yourself.

Delivery options
These prints can be delivered direct to the recipient or can be sent back to you; whichever is best for you. If you order a digital print, these will be sent to the email address you provide at the time of order. Printed orders can be sent to you or delivered direct to the recipient; just let us know their details at the time of order.

All orders will be created and shipped within 3-5 business days. Heart E Designs ships to the UK using Royal Mail 2nd Class service. Royal Mail aim to deliver your order in two or three working days after despatch, including Saturdays. Shipping overseas is also available but please note, this will take longer to arrive.
