How do I order?
State all personalisation using the number code e.g. Woof design, 1 [bar code] 'Jones Family' , 2 'Luna' 3 Text Required, 4 Quote 1 required 5 Quote 2 required 6. Owner quote required. Follow up your order with a photo of your pet with your order number to hello@heartedesigns.com and you will receive a proof before we print.

Please ensure that you check all of the personalisation very carefully including spellings and capital letters and remember to look out for a proof in your message inbox. Typically the entire process [from proof to print to despatch] will take around 3-5 business days though times can vary. You will receive a proof before we confirm the order to make sure you're happy! If you need it sooner PLEASE CHECK FIRST, we will always do our best to accommodate our customers where we can but can't always guarantee rush deliveries.
