We will do all the personalisation for you and send you a proof. All you need to do it 'ok' it [or advise of changes] then we will email it to you in high resolution form ready for you to print at home or have printed by a 3rd party. Please note that once your digital order is received it will NOT be amendable. It is recommended that digital orders are printed off on good quality 200gsm+ card. Please always do a test run first and ensure your printer will tolerate your paper choices. Please be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings.

Available in A4 and A3 size. Please note that these are 200gsm matte finish which means they are a poster print. They are not sturdy like our foamex boards and will be supplied as a 'sheet'. The best way to present these at your venue are flat on a table with the corners weighted down and with a range of pens for guests to use [weights and pens are not included]. The completed guest book sheet can then be stored away ready to be framed after the event [frames not included]

Mounted onto high quality foam board and finished with a luxury matt laminate.
Foamex boards are 100% weatherproof and are therefore suitable for both interior and exterior displays. Keeping your boards dry and out of direct sunlight will preserve the colour and leave your Foamex display looking newer for longer. This product is a solid Foamex backed free-standing board with a white frame colour and a luxury matte finish. Suitable to lean up against something, to affix to a wall, suspend from a frame or for use on an easel [easel not included]. The best way to present these at your reception are flat on a table with a range of pens for guests to use [pens are not included]. Depending on the sturdiness of your easel, it is not recommended that guests write on the board whilst on the easel; far easier if laid flat for guests to write. The completed guest book foamex sign can then be stored away and can be displayed on a wall using Command hanging strips.

Typically the entire process [from proof to print to despatch] will take around 3-5 business days though times can vary. You will receive a proof before we confirm the order to make sure you're happy! DIGITAL ITEMS ARE OFTEN A LITTLE QUICKER AT DESPATCH THAN THIS but if you're in a rush PLEASE check with us first.
