Follow up your order with an email and your photograph to heartedesigns [!at] gmail.com along with any further information we may need.
Check your emails soon as you will receive a proof before we confirm the order to make sure you're happy!
Once confirmed, look out for your despatch note.

Despatch once your proof has been agreed, is generally 3-5 business days however, this can vary at peak times so please allow plenty of time for despatch and delivery. If you have left it very late, please contact us first to discuss last minute options.
