PRINTED ORDER OF SERVICE BOOKLETS x20
The A5 booklets measure 6x8 inches [approx 148mm x 210mm] and come with 4, 8 or 12 personalised printed pages. Example pages are included on the images in the product listing however, if you wish something to be more tailored and bespoke just let me know. The 300gsm quality white matte board used on this item gives a high quality stylish finish. Choose your product design then I will do all the artwork and personalisation for you. You will provide all the personalisation and I will style it on your product for you as I feel will look most aesthetically pleasing. Please ensure that any supplied images are as high resolution as possible. I will then provide you with a proof. Please ensure you check the information carefully on your proof.
Once the proof has been agreed, your order will join the print queue. All items are professionally printed to ensure an exquisite finish. You will hear from me again once your order is on it's way to you.

DIGITAL ORDER OF SERVICE
No physical product - you will need to print yourself or use a 3rd party printer. For digital only items, I will still do all the artwork and personalisation for you as I would for a printed item. You will provide all the personalisation and I will style it on your product for you. Please ensure that images are as high resolution as possible. I will then provide you with a proof. Please ensure you check the information carefully on your proof. Once the proof has been agreed, then you will receive a final email with the finished invite ready for you to use. Please note that once the proof is confirmed, your email will be uneditable; you will NOT be able to add things to it.
Digital items will be provided as a .pdf print file in high resolution form, unless you instruct me otherwise.
It is recommended that this digital item is printed off in A5 size. It is also recommended that these are printed off on good quality 200gsm+ card. Please always do a test run first and ensure your printer will tolerate your paper choices. Or ask your printer to test one item for you before going ahead with the complete order. Please be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings.

HOW TO ORDER
All you need to do is send me all of your personalisation and we will style your stationery for you. Please include any further information I may need as a 'Note to Seller' or you can email us with your order number to heartedesigns [!at] gmail.com. Please ensure you double check all spellings, phone numbers, addresses and key information at the time of order. You will receive a proof before we go to print to ensure you are happy with your product. Once the proof has been agreed, your items will join the print queue and feel comforted knowing that they will be printed professionally and to the highest standard.

Despatch once your proof has been agreed, is generally 3-5 business days however, this can vary at peak times so please allow plenty of time for despatch and delivery. If you have left it very late, please contact me first to discuss last minute options.
