Table Plan Card Kit - Autumn Leaf

These cost-effective rustic look coloured autumn themed seating plan cards make the perfect solution for creating your peg and string hanging table plan kit. You can have these fully printed or if you want to print them yourself you can do so or you can even have them undertaken by a 3rd party.

All you need to do is choose between a download and a printed product, how many tables you need and then complete your personalisation. Once your order is received, you are then ready to hang your cards with pegs and string or display them on a peg string board [available at Hobbycraft & The Range]. Please note that strings, pegs and frames are NOT supplied with your table plan seating cards.

Each pack contains A6 table number cards complete with guests' names and 2 header or footer cards [for 'Welcome to' and 'Top Table]. The A6 table card designs are supplied PORTRAIT and the Top Table/Welcome Cards are provided as LANDSCAPE. You can choose any number of tables up to 12.

Display these stylish table number cards on a rustic looking peg board and finish with twine and co-ordinating blooms for the perfect finish.

Downloaded items
** It is recommended that wedding table cards are printed off in A6 size and the Header cards printed in 99mm x 210mm. All your items will arrive in HIGH resolution form [either by .pdf print file or .png file] to ensure clear crisp artwork. You will need to ensure that your printer is set to the size you require before printing them off. **
This design will be best on thicker paper/light card which is at least 200gsm+ to ensure sturdiness of product. Please always do a test run first and ensure your printer will tolerate your paper choices. Simply use table number holders or frames for display.  Please be aware that your finished product may differ slightly from those colours on screen depending on your monitor, the card/paper you use to print on and your printer settings.

Top Table & Welcome To Header/Footer tabs
These measure 99mm x210mm and are printed onto 300gsm quality white MATTE finish board [landscape print] and can contain all your personalisation. Your wording will be by cut and paste from the information you give so please ensure you enter your food details and spellings carefully.
State all names in order and their table numbers e.g. Table 1 - Kate Adams, Sarah Brown etc. State top table order from left to right. All the artwork and designing will be done by us so once you have received the item you will NOT be able to amend it. Don't worry though, we will send you a proof first to make sure you're happy!

Delivery times are usually around 3-5 working days but this can take a little longer at peak times so if you need anything sooner than this, please contact me first. In the case of the DIGITAL PRODUCT, delivery by email is just a few working days.
