Weddings And Their True Cost

Weddings And Their True Cost

Everyone always wants to know how they can save money on their big day. With the 'cost of living crisis' on everyone's tongues not to mention the sheer cost of weddings for couples nowadays, how can you cut back on wedding spending?

It appears that whilst some areas of a wedding can be 'trimmed', others simply can't. Many brides will openly admit to still spending excessive amounts on their bridal gowns at the expense of extra guests at the big day.

There has also been a significant rise in those choosing to wed simply overseas.

When it comes to wedding invitations, couples are going for more digital based stationery and using projector screens at their reception venue rather than printed foamex boards.

Choosing a week day is also a great way of saving money; not only will the venue costs be cheaper but more guests will be working or have children at school so numbers will be down this way too.

It is sad to think that brides will have to cut back in some way for their forthcoming weddings, however, if you box clever and cut back where you can, you won't even know the difference yet will make considerable savings.
