So, it's the 29th February so it's a leap year and that means only one thing...
If he hasn't put a ring on it yet, today is your turn to beat him to it. Whether it's through a big romantic gesture, on a personalised notebook or spelt out in alphabetti spaghetti, you can be as creative as you want!
According to Google, "It's generally considered to be an Irish tradition, harking back to the fifth century and St Brigid of Kildare. Brigid apparently insisted that St Patrick, the patron saint of Ireland, give women permission to propose marriage every leap day. When Patrick relented, legend has it that Brigid immediately proposed to him."
