Anyone who is anyone will know that florals, flowers, foliage, leaves, blooms and buds are essential components for wall coverings and soft furnishings, clothing and textile design and of course, for weddings.

Whether it's soft pastel toned ditsy floral prints or brave, bold, blooming designs, if you are organising a wedding this season, the florals will feature heavily in your styling.

I recently attended a styled wedding shoot with some wonderful wedding suppliers and service providers at the fabulous Solton Manor in Dover, Kent. Florals were absolutely in abundance from wedding stationery to pastel centrepieces and award winning make up artistry to bespoke handmade dresses to die for.

The sun shone, the tea flowed, the colours popped, the camera clicked, the models posed and the blooms burst beautifully producing the most stunning of photographs captured by various photographers such as Lauren Moore.
